Jonathon has over fifteen years experience in the mortgage business. His experience extends to all aspects of facilitating mortgage transactions. He is actively involved in all forms of residential financing and offers expertise in aspects of private and commercial situations as well. He is part of the management team at Peet & Cowan and continues to be actively involved in origination and underwriting of mortgage loans.

Francis has over 25 years experience in the mortgage business. His expertise runs from small residential mortgages to the larger commercial and private loan placements. He has had many satisfied clients over the years and is regularly consulted by others in the mortgage business for his input on mortgage related matters. He provides strength of experience and knowledge to the Peet & Cowan management team.

Mark has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2003 and joined Peet and Cowan in 2004 as a mortgage broker. Prior to this, he worked at the BC Assessment Authority doing commercial appraisals. Mark obtained his business economics degree from the University of Westminster in London in 2002 and worked in the finance industry in the UK for 4 years.

Chris earned his Bachelor's degree from Queen's University in 1995. He initially worked in the IT industry before becoming involved in the mortgage business in 2004. As an experienced mortgage broker Chris is knowledgeable in all aspects of mortgage underwriting. He works with a varied client base to insure that their mortgage financing experience is a smooth process and that the results reflect the best outcome given the particulars of the loan request. Chris enjoys fulfilling his clients' home ownership aspirations.

Trevor has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2004 and joined Peet & Cowan in 2007.  After graduating from the University of British Columbia in 1997, Trevor lived in the UK  for a number of years and worked in finance.

Upon returning to Canada he pursued a career as a mortgage professional and offers mortgage experience and expertise to all of his clients.

Spencer has been with Peet and Cowan for 6 years and a licensed mortgage broker for over 5. He has a background in Computer Information Management and Programming and uses technology to maximize efficiency in the business environment. By keeping on top of the latest mortgage products and incentives, he is able to provide sound advice and innovative mortgage solutions to suit his customers' individual needs.

Dawn Bell has over 12 years of mortgage and finance experience. She joined the Peet & Cowan team in 2003 and completed the UBC Real Estate Licensing Program in 2006. She looks forward to arranging the best financing solution to suit her clients unique personal needs today and in the future.

Mark Has been in the mortgage industry since 2005. His primary focus is in lowering interest rates for clients using their home equity. He has seen much success in restructuring overall debts to provide affordable monthly payments while striving to get customers debt free as soon as possible. Mark takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and explaining each mortgage in detail to allow an educated and informed decision to be made.

Nolan has been in the mortgage financing business for four years. He has extensive experience successfully restructuring and consolidating client's debts in order to minimize overall payment structures. He prides himself in making home ownership an affordable reality for his many satisfied customers.

Ben has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2005 and has worked in the mortgage industry since 2003. Ben obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout 2003 and worked in the US financial industry as a mortgage broker for two years before returning to Canada. Ben works to efficiently structure client's debts and ensure the lowest rates and payments.

Lauren started her professional career in the internet industry, working as a technical advisor for large internet company on Vancouver Island in 1999. She moved to the mortgage industry in 2005 when she joined Peet & Cowan as an assistant and became a licensed mortgage broker in 2008.

Karen joined Peet & Cowan in October 2007 as a mortgage associate. Prior to this, she worked for one of Canada's major banks as a senior mortgage underwriter for 6 years. Karen brings valuable experience from a lender's perspective and is an integral part of the Peet & Cowan team.

Lily has been with Peet & Cowan since 2002 and works as a general administrator.

Laura has been with Peet & Cowan Financial Services for over two years and comes to us from an internationally recognized accounting firm. She offers administrative support to the brokers in the office and puts customer service first and foremost.
